Flawless technical craftsmanship
Fixture repairs &
sink installations
Precision repairs for leaky faucets, running toilets, and new kitchen sink hardware. The everyday work — done without collateral damage to the cabinet, the tile or the countertop.
The small jobs are where the damage happens
A dripping faucet is trivial to fix and expensive to ignore. A running toilet can quietly put through more water in a month than the rest of the house uses in a week. And a seized angle stop discovered mid-emergency is why a five-minute isolation turns into shutting off the whole building.
The other reason to have a licensed plumber do fixture work is what sits around it. Chrome trap arms strip, compression nuts crack, and a corroded supply that is turned once too often shears off inside a cabinet. Getting an old fixture out without breaking the tile, the stone or the cabinet base is the actual skill.

Showers, tubs and valves
Shower valve work is the one job in a bathroom where the difference between a tidy plumber and a careless one is permanent. Cartridge replacement and thermostatic valve service can normally be done from the front. Where a valve body genuinely has to come out, we work through the smallest opening the job allows and tell you up front what has to be opened.
Commercial fixture groups
A restroom group in a leased unit is fixture work at a different scale: wall-hung urinals, flushometer valves, carriers, ADA-height pans, grab-bar coordination and lavatories, all set out to plan. Our recent work includes complete commercial restroom sets — see commercial plumbing and new construction.
Fixture work is scheduled work, booked inside our published hours (Mon – Sat, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm). Call (786) 439-4935 or request a slot.
