Our process

How we work,
start to finish

Five steps, and they are the same on a 2am burst pipe and on a scheduled water heater upgrade. Diagnose before opening anything, price it before touching a tool, and leave the work area the way we found it.

  1. Call or request service

Tell us what is happening and where. Emergencies go straight to a dispatcher; scheduled work gets a slot inside our published hours.

One phone call is usually enough for us to know whether you are looking at a five-minute fix or a failure that needs a truck now. If water is actively moving where it should not be, we will talk you through shutting off the supply before anything else. Non-urgent work gets booked into a window rather than a vague "sometime that day".

  2. Dispatch to your address

Our mobile service units cover the whole Miami metropolitan area, so a certified technician is sent straight to your community.

The vans carry the diagnostic gear and the common parts, which is what turns a lot of two-visit jobs into one. Emergency teams are active around the clock — that is the point of 24/7 dispatch, and it is the difference between a wet floor and a wet building.

  3. Diagnose before we open anything

Camera inspection and leak location first. We find the actual fault so the opening we make is the smallest the repair needs.

Guessing is expensive. A hidden sub-slab leak or a stoppage deep in a main gets located with equipment, not with a hammer, and a camera run tells us whether we are dealing with grease, roots, a collapsed section or a bad slope. That diagnosis also decides whether the honest answer is a repair or a replacement.

  4. Straightforward pricing, then approval

You get the findings and the number before anyone picks up a tool. Work starts when you say it does.

We explain what failed, what it takes to fix it, and what it costs — in that order. If there is a cheaper path that is genuinely sound, you hear about it. If there is a more expensive path that will actually last, you hear about that too, along with the reason. Nothing proceeds without your go-ahead.

  5. Repair, test, and leave it clean

Code-perfect installation, tested under real conditions, and the work area left the way we found it.

Every technician on the team is compliance-verified, and the work is done to code because that is what makes it hold up — under inspection, under insurance, and under twenty years of water pressure. Then we test it properly, walk you through what changed, and clean up after ourselves.

What you can expect

The part that is not on a price list

  • A real answer on the phone. Whether it needs a truck now or can wait until Tuesday — and if it can wait, we will say so.
  • The diagnosis explained. What failed and why, in language that makes the recommendation make sense.
  • The number before the work. Straightforward pricing, approved by you, and no open-ended meter running in your building.
  • The cheaper option, when it is genuinely sound. And the reason when it is not.
  • Code-perfect work. Every technician on the team undergoes rigorous training and compliance verification.
  • A clean site. The work area left the way we found it, and the old unit taken away.

FAQ

Before you call

How quickly can someone get to me?

That depends on where you are and what is already in front of us, so we will give you a real window on the phone rather than a number we cannot keep. Emergency teams are active around the clock and our mobile units cover the whole Miami metropolitan area. Scheduled work is booked inside our published hours, Mon – Sat, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.

Do you charge to come out and look?

Tell us what is happening when you call and we will be straight with you about what the visit involves and what it costs before we dispatch. What we will not do is start work, or start a meter, before you have the findings and a number in front of you.

Will you open up my floor or wall to find a leak?

Only where the repair genuinely needs it, and only after the fault has been located. The whole point of diagnosing first is that a located leak is a small opening and an unlocated one is a demolition job. You will know what has to be opened before it is opened.

What if you find something worse than I called about?

You hear about it, with the options and the numbers, before anything changes. Sometimes the honest answer is that the thing you called about is a symptom — a drain that keeps blocking because a section has bellied, or a heater that keeps failing because the tank is going. We would rather tell you that than book the same call again in six weeks.

Do you handle permits?

Where Miami-Dade requires a permit and inspection, that is part of the job rather than something left with you. Progressive Plumbing Solution Inc. holds Florida certified plumbing contractor license #CFC1434532, and every technician on the team is compliance-verified.
