Advanced rooter technology
Professional drain
stoppage clearing
High-powered mechanical snakes and rooter tools to slice through severe grease, roots, and blockages — with camera diagnostics so we know why it blocked, not just that it did.
Clearing it is half the job
Any drain can be punched open. The question that matters is why it closed, and a stoppage that comes back every few months is not a stoppage problem — it is a line problem. We eliminate stubborn drain stoppages permanently using modern camera diagnostics and high-powered cleaning gear, because the camera is what turns a recurring call into a solved one.
What we clear
- Kitchen lines packed with cooled grease
- Root intrusion at joints on older laterals
- Main-line stoppages that have taken out every fixture at once
- Tub, shower and lavatory lines slowed by soap and hair
- Floor drains and commercial kitchen lines
- Toilet blockages, including foreign objects
- Sewer backups pushing water up through low fixtures
Mechanical clearing, then a camera
Cable machines and rooter heads sized to the line do the cutting — a head that is too small polishes a channel through grease and leaves the walls coated, which is exactly why the "cleared" drain is slow again in six weeks. Cutting the line back to full bore is the difference.
Then the camera goes in. That is how we tell the difference between a line that was simply dirty, a line with root intrusion at one joint, a section that has bellied and holds water, and a section that has collapsed. A dirty line gets cleaned. A broken line needs a repair, and no amount of cabling will change that.
What we will tell you honestly
If the camera shows a structural fault, cabling it again is a temporary measure and we will say so rather than book you in every quarter. Sometimes the right answer really is a spot repair or a re-run of a section, which is line location and repair work. You get the footage, the finding and the options.
Keeping it clear
Most residential recurrences come down to grease and wipes. Cooking fat poured down a kitchen sink is liquid for about two metres and solid after that, and "flushable" wipes do not break down the way paper does. On the commercial side, a kitchen line on a maintenance interval costs a fraction of the same line closing during service.
Sewage backing up into the building is an emergency — stop using every fixture on the property and call (786) 439-4935.
